The 08445800877 and other 0844 numbers no longer forward you to Customer Services. If you ring the the geographical number for Head Office to be transferred - you are told to ring the 0844 number by the Operator! I haven't tried to see if you can still get through to the Stores - for my calls I need Online Customer Services. For the first time in years I had to use the 0844 number!!!!!!
