Does anyone have a number for this company which doesn't cost a mint? Just been in a queue for 15 mins at 10p per minute because their website doesn't have the info I need.

Nothing via search on here so not sure I'll get anywhere but worth a try. I've emailed but it's taking ages to get a response and I need it soon, so might have to bite the bullet and rack up some more debt with BT!!

If you are calling via BT then the call cost is not 10 pence per minute despite what Style369.com says.

BT charges 13.87 pence Call Set-up fee plus 5.105 pence per minute to call 0844 488 numbers.

Style369.com says of calling its 0844 number from within the UK that "calls charged at national rate". International calls, so it says, "are charged local rate".

Calls to 0844 numbers have never been aligned to geographic rates. Quite how an international call can be "local" I have no idea.

The sooner the regulations change to stop these sorts of outfits passing off these numbers as somehow normal the better. This is disgraceful behaviour Arcadia Group!  >:(
