Has anybody got the address of the postmaster or general manager of the Oldham, 'OL' postal district, or an email address. This seems to be yet another organisation that doesn't want to 'communicate' with the public.

I hope that you had some luck.

Of course we no longer have Head Postmasters (nor too much in the way of a "higher up" service for that matter, save for the excellent delivery officers).

might be a good start, even if your letter were then to be forwarded.
