Tomorrow the Culture, Media and Sport Committee will be starting an investigation into nuisance telephone calls.

Witnesses apprearing will be:

i. Richard Lloyd, Executive Director, Which?, Claire Milne, Chair, Consumer Forum for Communications, and David Hickson, The Fair Telecoms Campaign

ii. John Mitchison, Head of Preference Services, Direct Marketing Association, and George Kidd, Chief Commissioner, Direct Marketing Commission

iii. Warren Buckley, Managing Director, Customer Service, BT, and Hamish MacLeod, Chair, Mobile Broadband Group
