I've just insured the car with One Call based in Doncaster to get away from the 0844 numbers used by the AA. No surprise to find this shower are just as bad.

Does anyone have geographical numbers for:
0844-8444448 (Accident/claims)
0844-4998247 (Emergency Breakdown)

I have had a look at the policy document, and cannot find who administers their claims, so it maybe worthwhile asking them directly.  Alternatively you can download a claims app from here: http://www.onecalldirect.co.uk/site-info/claims-application.php
