Its a genuine market research company.If you call the number your find their will be a message telling you who they are,what they are up to,and their website details.

And, as an aside, the number is (020) 7890 9051, i.e. a London geographical number. Last time I checked, BT's dumb 1471 service was still reading these out as 02078 ..., 13 years after the Big Number change!
