Ordered one of these 08-09-13, still waiting even though an email was received within minutes saying, "Thanks! Your SIM is on its way.

Still not received mine, which e-mail addy did you use?

I have just had a "chat on line" here is the conversation: -

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Sam'

you: *****

Sam: Hello, welcome to TPO. How can I help?

you: Hi Sam, Ordered 2 sims on 08-09-13 for me and my partner, but despite receiving a confirmation email “Thanks! Your SIM is on its way” , no sims have been received

Sam: We are sorry to hear that

Sam: Can I ask what type of sim you applied for?

you: The ones with the £10.00 credit on them. When I tried to register for another one today it said, "only two sims can be registered at one address".

Sam: Ok

Sam: Can I have the email address you registered with, for you and your wife?

you: *************************************************

Sam: Can I also have your home address?

you: ***********************************************

Sam: Ok

Sam: There is a delay in sending the promotional sim cards and so that is why you have not received them.

Sam: I will resend your information to ensure that two are sent to you

Sam: I apologise for the delay

you: OK, thanks Sam, do you know how long it may be before I receive them?

Sam: Unfortunately I cannot tell you how long this will take

Sam: But we are working on solving it as soon as possible

you: OK, will await their arrival.

Sam: Thank you

Sam: Is there anything else I can help you with?

you: Not at the moment, have a nice day.

Sam: You too

Sam: Bye

Re my post above,#4, I have just received my 2 sims with the credit applied, plus the 2 sims arrived in different packs each with a first class stamp that has not been franked, so two 1st class stamps as a bonus  :)

Noticed that TPO call charges are not cheap, calls to voicemail, landlines, mobiles,(exc TPO), are 12.5ppm.

Also they seem to charge for calling NHS111, http://www.thepeoplesoperator.com/Call-Charges.

They also appear to charge 20ppm for calls to NHS 111, now this is supposed to be free  from landlines and mobiles!

From NHS Choices, http://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/AboutNHSservices/Emergencyandurgentcareservices/Pages/NHS-111.aspx, "NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones."

The police 101 number appears to be 15ppm, but this is supposed to be 15p per call!
