Grohe had a geographic number 01784 476030 instead of using the 0871 2003414 number.  However a recorded message now says that the 01784 number is no longer used and to phone the 0871 one  :(

Try this one if 0870 numbers are in your call bundle         08708 488877 ask for your relevant department.

Calling this number returns a network message: "Sorry, there is no reply."

Are you referring to Grohe?  If so I used that web address and clicked on Contact, which gave me their address in Middlesex, I then went to the BT Phonebook online which gave me two entries here, please note it is a Business Name entry. I have not tried either, but please feed back if either of them do or do not work.
