Post by bigjohn on Oct 23rd, 2013 at 5:09am
Scottish Power have  set up a dedicated compensation line for people to ring in and claim ,and in there wisdom decided to make it an 0845 one.
But they do offer an online service to claim.

" ScottishPower has set up a £1 million customer compensation fund after regulator Ofgem fined the firm over misselling.

"Customers who believe they may have been missold to can either complete an online form here, or call the dedicated phone number on 0845 030 3048.

ScottishPower will deliver the remaining £7.5 million through payments to customers identified under the Warm Home Discount Scheme.

For more information on the Warm Home Discount Scheme, ScottishPower customers can call 0845 030 3041."

Neither of the numbers are of any use to callers using a mobile phone.

Or use a geo/03 dial through number, then at no cost if you have inclusive minutes or the normal rate for geo numbers if not, examples below.

I read it that way bigjohn (your '08' minutes comment must, by default, have included 084 and 087 calls as well and I wanted to ensure nobody was under that impression).
