The latest T-Mobile exercise to squeeze more money out of customers, is to charge sim only contract customers to call customer services. Customers with contracts with equipment still can call free.

Shocking.. I am glad I left them sometime ago.. not like their customer service is any good anyway... it's outsourced!

I reckon they'll all be doing whatever they think they can get away with to boost revenue to cover their losses when they are forced to make 080 calls free instead of premium rated.

The thought occurred to me you could possibly avoid the charge by calling  Customer Service on 07953 966 150  out of your inclusive minutes,instead of calling 150. However it could result in you wasting a lot of your inclusive minutes depending on the time to answer etc.

Yes true  hence me saying possibly. :)

A better  way to avoid it call them on 0800 956 5042 from a landline and follow menu.
