Utility Warehouse have switched main customer service number from 0844 to 0800 Freephone for all customers. They previously operated a two tier system where some members were asked to call an 0844 one.

Barbara also reports they are now providing a 020 number for technical enquiries, previously a ngn .

So progress has been made. It was not that long ago they were using 0871 numbers for Customer Service. :o
