Indeed, I checked their site recently, (YourCalls) but several links did not work, and there was no news about it on the YourCalls website.

Seems strange for them not to mention it.

Yes its odd. I recently noticed another reference to a takeover by Plusnet of another of there associated companies 24Talk . See here; http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4820347
