This made me smile the CAB Southend offering tips on how to cut the cost of Xmas. Asking people to call an expensive 0844 number for more info. :-?

I prefer the idea of the Money Advice Service which uses an 03 number to give advice... a MUCH better way forward.. something the CAB should take note of and follow..
