Looking for Alternative Numbers to the PayPal Access Card

Google Mapping the address... it's a Royal Mail Sorting Office..

I doubt they run the call centre.

Here they are www.prepaytec.com they operate in about 20 countries and supply many well known cards.

It looks like it might be run by Santander

The address resolves to a Royal Mail Sorting Office because it's a PO Box ("Post Office Box"), the clue being in the name.

The user of this PO Box may be within postcode sector SN5 7. So is it inhouse or outsourced and where is it? Finding this information may lead us to an alternative phone number.

The database shows a freephone number that must be worth a try - 0800 358 7911

as Heinz has advised the main number is the 0800 one given in the post and on their own help page...

Where did you get the 03 number from exactly?

Just to advise if you are calling from a mobile and not a land line you would be advised to use a "dial through" service such as http://www.0800buster.co.uk/ which is charged at standard rates or is inclusive in any minutes package you may have.

PayPal can be contacted on-line via the Help Centre or via their Freephone number.

Should anyone have any issues contacting PayPal please let us know here..

I have contacted PayPal many times without problem or undue cost but this relates specifically to PayPal Access Card which SEEMS to be contracted out and/or only partly owned by PayPal or in some way removed from it.
My 12 minute call to them on this number cost me £4.47 - a complete ripoff.
I shall now throw the card away and try to forget they even exist.  >:(

If so the number given is an 03 number which is standard UK Geographic rate and is included in Landline and Mobile calling minutes packages.

Out of curiosity where did you get the 0845 number from?  The only number I see on that link is the 03 number for customer services.
