Amazing how Local Councils still get the cost of calls wrong.

"The council says that the 0845 telephone line goes through to Capita’s call centre but is charged at the same rate as an 01509 number "

Have you alerted the journalist to the bigger story that could be reported?

Have you added a 'readers comment' so that anyone looking at the current article could pick up on the wider issue?

Have you sent the Council a link to the new Cabinet Office guidance?

Its a shame that i can know longer make an observation on this site,without getting this sort of post in response. It appears to be becoming a habit.
