Clearly they need reminding it's not "local rate".. Interestingly the last link you provided gave me a "404 error" no idea why...  :-?

Perhaps something the Fair Telecoms campaign can get involved with?

I decided to send them some feedback myself -

"Dear TSB

I wanted to provide you with some feedback regarding your website's contact us page - http://www.tsb.co.uk/contact_us.asp

You state that calls to your 0345 are charged at Local Rate, this rate technically no longer exists.  Ofcom advise that calls to both 03 and 01/02 numbers are charged the same, which is at a Geographic rate.  Additionally they are included in any minutes plans for land lines and mobiles.

One last point regarding the alternative number  given to contact you on: 44 (0) 2032 841 575

There is NO dialling code with 0203 regardless if it is international or not.

The number should be displayed as follows 44 (0) 20 3284 1575 or 020 3284 1575.

I trust someone in your web development team can arrange for this to be changed.

I would like to finally congratulate TSB on using 02 and 03 numbers for their contact details as opposed to the more expensive 08 numbers.

Kind Regards."

Lets hope they take note.

:)
