Samsung have started opening new stores since April 2014 . Carphone run them for them.

You would have thought they would have plumped for 03 or 01/02 numbers in view of forthcoming changes. But no they are  using 0843 see:

It would seem another "con" job by CPW who clearly are a wolf in sheep's clothing.

The lure you in with an 0800 number for a sale and then sting you with an 0870 number for any customer service you may need to have from them!  On top of that it would appear all their stores have only 0843 numbers listed to contact them on.

I would assume this is a clear breach of the CRD?

It will be by the 13/6/2014 if they dont change them.

Carphone is already on the list of companies that could breach the CRD that SCV kindly supplied.

Just a quick update on this,

I recently needed to call one of the Samsung Experience Store's on behalf of a friend.

I searched online for Samsung Experience Stores and found this link which lists all the current Samsung Experience Stores along with their respective 01/02 numbers.

It would appear that according to this link Carphone Warehouse (CPW) sold off the stores to Samsung UK who now operate them.  CPW had operated them with 0843 numbers previously.
