The 0344 number 0344 809 0202 is now working in tandem with the 0844 one.

But they are still advertising the 0844 number.

From a landline      0844 809 0202      
From abroad      +44 844 809 0202

Presumably they will leave it to the last minute to change it.

I havent had a chance to check the other 0844 numbers they use.

I tried PAYG customer services on 0344 809 0222 which works.  I have listed both this and the number you have confirmed as alternatives to their 0844 numbers.

I also tried the business customer services number in it's 03 format but this is not active.
