Whilst the likes of 02,Vodafone,Three, Talk Mobile,Virgin Mobile,Sainsburys Mobile, and White Mobile are now offering 03 customer service numbers.

The EE group are not yet apparently complying with the Consumer Rights Directive..

They are still not complying,and many of the stores are still advertising 0845 numbers.
