Anyone have a geo number for Joshua Tetley & Son Ltd, Northampton, NN1 1PZ, who are still using 08457 585685 for customer services? Thanks.

Tetley Brewery were based in Leeds if my memory serves me correct but it closed down few years ago. It is now part of Calsberg.

I think, however, their call centre may still be in Leeds because on the Calsberg website have vacancies for call centre staff based in Leeds!

So then a further google search revealed 0113 289 8700 or 0113 244 5866.

Try them and let us know.

Carlsberg give same geo number for the Luton Address on their site here : http://www.carlsberggroup.com/Markets/WE/Pages/UnitedKingdom.aspx

I found that number after posting the request, but haven't been available to reply.

The 01604 number does work and puts you through to the switchboard who will transfer you.

I have asked them why they are still using 0845 a month after the legislation came into force banning them for CS lines, and the person I spoke to knew nothing about it so she said she would pass it to the relevant department.
