Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought OCPs are unable to charge for calls to Emergency services (999/112)?

Given that it is shown under cheap Intl Calls I guess it's a mistake. Bearing in mind that your not allowed to charge for 112/999 Emergency Calls anyway.
