Hi all,

I've used this website for many years and it's been excellent. Thanks to all involved!

I've recently left Sky and after logging into the 'My Sky' section of their website I see:

"Stay with Sky and get an exclusive 35% off Sky TV for 12 months. To stay with Sky, call 08442 411928."

I'm now trying to source a nicer phone number, I even tried a little bit of logic taking the current known number 08442 411 653 which has an equivalent to 03442 411 653. So this number would be 03442 411 928. However the line is always busy (presume not in use?)

First post so be gentle please! Any assistance would be great. Many thanks! :)

If you look at the last but one post your see the alternative number to join or upgrade is 0344 241 1653 and that it does work. ;)

When you call it out hours it goes to the normal Sky out of hours menu,so it possibly is just very busy.

If the problem persists i suggest you call 020 71** *020 and ask them to transfer you to relevant department if they cant help you.
