I have tried everywhere for a normal number for Bank of Scotland mortgages I only have 08456 039030 and I am kept hanging on forever. Does anyone know of a number I can ring from my mobile as I do not have a landline. Tx

There are a good few possibilities in the databases. I suggest you work your way through them until you find a working one:

0131 317 6735

0800 838 549 (you'll need to use one of the dial through numbers to get this at a standared rate).
