To call an 0800 number from your mobile using your included minutes, call this number:
020 0222 0700
Enter the 0800 number at the prompt.

This works for ANY mobile operator

From 1st July this sort of workaround will be unnecessary as calls to 0800 and 0808 freephone numbers will become free to call from mobile telephones.
