This company takes £55 and says it will save you £7000 because you are in the wrong council tax band

They do not answer the phone to get a refund cannot hear the name of the company

Yes but it has already been paid by an elderly lady and she needs to get it back within 14 days hence I need a number as that one is not answered the company is claimsure I think

If you Google the number it comes up as Claimers UK http://www.claimersuk.co.uk/about-us/. There's an email address on that page.
