"Sky is being investigated by Ofcom over complaints from customers who claim they are unable to cancel its TV, phone and broadband services.
The regulator said it launched the probe after looking at patterns in complaints and as part of attempts to monitor the way that providers across the board give customers opportunities to cancel their contracts.
Rules overseen by the regulator mean that providers must not make it difficult for customers to leave a contract when they have a right to."
