They are really based in Hong Kong I believe, but have a depot and warehouse in the UK somewhere. I read on another Forum that someone who ordered from them, received a parcel from Aldershot? I have just ordered from them, but if possible would like a depot address and geographical phone number if possible, I believe they have been setup over here for more than a year. Thanks :)

I have just received my watch from them this morning and the sender's details are as follows:-

MIQ Logistics,

Egham. TW20 8RZ

When you Google you get 01784 480 100

It could be quite reasonable to suggest that their shipping is handled by MIQ Logistics.

I have noticed that the 0844 number is listed as Customer Service which means they are breeching the Consumer Rights Directive as they do not use a Geographically charged number.
