I've just got around to looking at this site, and it looks like they have changed it from what it said before.

It is now saying:

"got a question? all calls LOCAL rates"

It now appears to have no call rate information either at the top right of the page or in their contact us section...

I am sure it would be better to simply state the correct information about it being geographic rate or included in Mobile/Landline minutes.
