I first heard about SAYTOTO0870 in 2005 while watching Working Lunch on BBC 2 and I signed up immediatly.

There has been some fantastic and very successful campaigns and I for one would have been poorer if it wasn't for this site.

I have enjoyed making my small contribution as I am not as knowledgeable as other members.

What is the next step for this fantastic site, I appreciate the database will still be used regularlty by members, but have we weeded out all the rogue companies using expensive numbers. I am more than happy to spend some time on the next campaign if needed.

There will always be a need for this site, though the number of occasions where it is needed is diminishing.

It is needed to look up alternative numbers for
- sales lines where the company has failed to understand exactly what they are doing when they declare a Service Charge
- customer service and post-sales lines for companies who are operating in breach of various consumer protection regulations.

From here on in, it looks like direct communication will be needed with individual organisations to educate them that their 084 and 087 numbers are premium rate - the premium is the Service Charge - and that they should switch to inclusive or geographic-rate replacements starting 01, 02 or 03.
