Santa or should that be the NSPCC now has an 0344 number on it's website for any enquiries.

They are 95% of the way there, just one little "foul up" with the call charging information..... oops that word national has crept in again! :-?

Since 2004 callers have paid the same for a local call as for a national call to any UK 01 or 02 number, and, since 2007, also for all 03 numbers.

The correct terminology is 'geographic rate'.
