Just to advise you that the address given is a "virtual" address. Basically it's a service location probably for postal deliveries which is rented by a company.

Have you tried e-mailing the company?

Yes I have tried emailing them multiple times both using their on website form and directly from my mail client.
They did not answer once. :(

Try Googling the address and then make your own decision. I see that Vitastore is a mail order company and I wonder whether or not there is a valid UK address for returns. The sole director of Erevolutions is Jaymal ODEDRA but his address is the same as the company's address.

In which case I would be VERY careful using a company that does not reply to e-mails at all.....
