Title: Airort Parking and Hotels (APH)
Post by allegro on Jan 28th, 2016 at 2:29pm
Just booked car parking with this company. Still giving an 0844 number for customer service. No indication of charges.

Thank you for using Airport Parking Shop. You should shortly receive an email confirmation from APH with whom you booked. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please call APH on 0844 871 7477 (Quoting Ref: ******).

I suspect this is an oversight rather than deliberate. On the APH website I can't find any numbers quoted at all. They really don't want you to phone them.

SayNo gives 01342 710114 as an alternative.

The actual car park (Paige at Luton Airport) has an 0800 number.

APH give 01342 859 442  here as a contact number for Luton Bookings. I assume the calls are deal with by their Copthorne (Gatwick) Call Centre.

They say here you can use that number for cancellations, and amendments.

I would definitely drop them an e-mail (the address is on their page) and point out the mistake.  I would imagine it's an oversight in their auto e-mails.
