I can confirm that the unverified number of "Master Card reset" (0870 010 4542) is 0800 1615173.

This number should be correctly listed as the RBS/Natwest MasterCard Secure & Verified by Visa help-desk. The free phone number is also listed as under a separate unverified entry of "natwest".

Thank you for letting us know. I have listed this under NatWest Secure which is what NatWest list it as.

Interestingly they still have the 0870 number for Overseas calls, which I very much doubt will work!

Thanks but please could you list it as "RBS secure" as well since RBS & Natwest are effectively the same company and use the same numbers.
