i received this afternoon a call from this number 0011 458746565 has any one any idea about this number

+1 145 874 6565 would be a number in the North American Number Plan.

Whether it is valid or not is another matter.

It would appear to be an invalid number as all area codes within the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) begin with digits 2 through 9, yet this number 'code' starts with 1.
