I can't seem to locate any address details for them other than this number and their web address

I have looked at the bottom of the page you have linked to and it advises that the Great British Entrepreneur Awards are an Amplified Business Content production.

Clicking the link I have provided gives an address of:

9-11, Castle Street
Office Suite 2
Cardiff
CF10 1BS

I cannot seem to find an alternative number, but there is an e-mail address on both links.  I would suggest e-mailing them and asking if they have a Geographic (029 20) alternative number.

Thanks. I have tried emailing them a few times over the past 4 weeks but no response. When you call their premium number they respond straight away. Thats where they make their money from.
