Hello, I believe its possible for BT to pay Openreach a fee which will give you a fibre broadband activation date sooner than the normal 2 week wait?
How much roughly do they have to pay?

I have never heard of this facility, and to be honest this site deals with alternative telephone numbers. Perhaps you'd be better off asking in a Broadband forum.
