Does anyone have an alternative Sun Life of Canada Customer Services number 0345 605 2323 please?

Calls to 03 numbers are inclusive on landlines and mobiles else charged at geographic rate - the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers.

Why do you think you need an alternative number?

Good evening hinkly

As Ian01 has pointed out 03 numbers are charge at the same rate as 01/02 and are included in calling plans.

Checking the Sun Life of Canada (SLOC) website there are several numbers listed which include the 03 number you have given.  This appears to be for their "Ex-Lincoln" policies.  If you go here you will find more information regarding their numbers and what policies they are for.

That is not quote the case... *IF* you have an allowance of mins and you have not used them all up then yes, it comes from that. BUT if you don't have any min's left then it can cost anything upto 35ppm...

See http://www.0345-numbers.uk/call-cost/0345-mobile-costs-chargeable/

If you haven't got an inclusive allowance, all of your calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers will cost
- up to 19p per call plus up to 12p per minute from landlines, or
- up to 55p per minute from mobiles.
That's all of your calls to family and friends, government departments and public services, hospitals, doctors, customer services, banks, card companies, insurers, and so on.

With landline providers offering anytime unlimited calls for around £8 per month and mobile providers offering (excluding handset costs) hundreds of minutes for £5 to £10 (even on pay as you go) and unlimited calls for £20 or so per month, why would anyone choose to pay an extortionate per-minute rate for these calls?

Q,

I am not sure on a personal level I would really take note of anything that website says, as it refer's to the numbers as just 0345, when the charges relate to all Geographic Numbers inc all 03 numbers and 01/02 numbers.

The information is therefore misguided.

I  would not place any faith in that  site.

The list referred to is out of date , and the site contains incorrect info.

EG: See here  http://www.0345-numbers.uk/information/  where the owner of the site claims a number of times  that calls to 0345 numbers won’t be charged if called   from BT Landlines . Which is incorrect. They are chargeable unless you have inclusive minutes.
