Hi apologies if this number is already listed here but I havn't been able to find it. I am having terrible problems with the courier company My Hermes whom I have only been able to deal with via Web chats and I am getting no where.I would really like to speak to someone directly. Many thanks if you can help me with this.

If you are awaiting delivery of a parcel it is the vendor's responsibility to chase this up. The vendor has a contract with the courier for delivery of your goods.

Consumer law requires the vendor to have an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number for after-sales enquiries such as this.
