Hi there James,
Thanks for letting us know. There appears to be an alternative listed in the unverified section as: 020 3738 2065 Or you can tweet Yodel here Please let us know how you get on, and if that alternative is a viable one. |

Thanks. That's great.
They are closed at the moment. I will try in the morning. I am having horrendous difficulty with a parcel they failed to deliver. I am not on Tweeting. I have wasted a long time on Yodel Chat which is totally useless. Thanks for help JamessEB |
Title: Re: Yodel Mitcham Depot Post by Ian01 on Oct 5th, 2016 at 10:05pm Why are you trying to contact the courier? It is the vendor's responsibility to sort out delivery of your parcel. The vendor has a contract with the courier. Since 13 June 2014, consumer protection regulations require the vendor to have an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number for after-sales enquiries and issues. |

Yes that is so but we have to be sensible and practical.
I have been in touch with the eBay seller but not heard back yet. My parcel is held at the Mitcham depot a few miles down the road and they want further details from me regarding my address. This will take an age passing it through eBay. My parcel is perishable (which cut no ice with Yodel) and I need it this morning. The only way I can see to get this done is to speak to the depot myself. Thanks for help JamesEB |

Thanks again. I have left it ringing for 45 minutes on two occasions with no answer so I don't know. JamesEB |
