Calls to 03 numbers are inclusive on landlines and on mobiles, else charged at 'geographic rate' - the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers. No alternative is needed.

The call charges are set entirely by the caller's landline or mobile provider, and it is up to the caller to ensure they are on the best deal. This is usually an inclusive call plan with an allowance of calls paid for on a monthly basis.
