FYI for any other disabled users, at IBIS and Premier Inn & Travelodge, you have to ring the hotel directly if you need an accessible shower rather than shower over the bath. Central Reservations have no clue!  :) If you use the central reservations number they may insist on putting you through to the hotel - at high cost.

Thanks for letting us know, I have just checked the Ibis Hotel website for Carlisle and that number is listed on their page here, I can only presume Ibis give out Geographic numbers to their hotels intentionally.

Useful to know to phone the hotel directly.
