Title: 0845/0870 links Post by derrick on Sep 14th, 2017 at 10:12am
Can someone please provide some easy to read links relating to 084/087 numbers that have been illegal since July 2014?
I am trying to educate a company that their use of 0845 is illegal and has been for 3 years. Thanks . |

The link given above contained a spurious invisible trailing character - this version is OK.

That works, but I was looking for something a bit more legal/authoritative , there was a lot of links somewhere but I cannot find them. Found this one from Legislation.gov.uk http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/regulation/41/made . |

Numbers starting with 0845 and 0870 are generally NOT covered by mobile allowances, but some landline providers do include them. Other 084/087 numbers are never inclusive.
