To speak to an Everyman representative at our customer care office please call us on 0872 436 9060 (calls cost 13ppm plus your telephone company's access charge).

This would be allowed for a sales line but not for customer service.

This is a clear and obvious breach of Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

However, even where an 087 number is used as a sales line, such usage is "greedy and foolish" - forcing callers to pay up to 68p per minute in order to benefit from the 13p per minute Service Charge.

If they thought about what they were doing for a moment, they would soon stop doing it.

For a company with a dubious record on emplotment rights I can't imagine fleecing customers with 087x numbers causes them any sleepless nights: https://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/aug/05/everyman-the-chain-pushing-to-bring-home-cinema-to-the-high-street

The appeal of the boutique chains has been tarnished by rows over the use of zero-hours contracts and low pay. All the boutique chains have been criticised and Everyman continues to use zero-hours contracts, which do not promise regular hours to staff. Poor pay and conditions grates when punters are paying as much as £18.50 a pop to watch a film.
