I was wondering if anyone can find me an alternative number for the Telephones UK Speaking Clock service with different voices from the past UK, US and Australian services?  I know this service can be obtained by calling 0871 976 2839, but can anyone please find me an alternative number for it please?

The use of an 087 number in this instance is understandable.  The organisation is providing an "on demand" pre-recorded service for what could be described as entertainment.

Therefore it would be both unlikely and possibly unfair to find a geographic alternative.
