Can anyone find a landline number or an 03 number for this company? Theirs website only lists the above 0845 number. Searching your database for the above 0845 number gets no results and searching for the company name gives an incorrect unconfirmed number which is unobtainable so should be deleted.

The number you have provided belongs to Sanofi UK

What reason do you need to get in touch with them? If it's medical there is a Freephone number via the same link and you can e-mail them via the page I have given you.

When you contact them you could point out the cost of calling that number from a mobile which on 02 is 59p per minute (4p per minute for the service charge, and 55p per minute for the access charge).  Using an 03 number the call would be inclusive on any pay monthly plan!

I wanted to follow up on this briefly,

I contacted Sanofi about this exact issue in 2018 and after being asked to supply the name of the product I never heard back (I still have both e-mails). Checking their website here gives you an option to find the info about the product you are using, and a link to a PDF of the leaflet.  In one leaflet I found it had been updated and the number they give is: 0800 035 2525.
