Their head office number is 01753 565000 - I'm not sure if they are able to put you through.

Worth a try.

Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks
Daniel

Hi Dinger,

Have you tried the number mentioned previously ??

01753 565000

This isn't the right department, but they may put you through.

Thanks
Daniel

Dinger,
try 0870 600 3009. It's a national rate number that is an alternative to 0906 302 5151

There is a number listed already in the database  for an alternative to 0906 302 5151 it is 01349 885040.

As mentioned in a previous response, when they answer on the 01349 885040 they tell you that calls cost 50p a minute, but it's not the case.

O2 and Customer Services should not be used in the same sentance.
Why bother ringing O2 at all, when the contract period is up.... they are history!

Even using their direct number on their bills, you still have to wait for 30 minutes or more!

Tonynat

I couldn't agree more Angry Angry, my contract is up end Feb, where to go next is the question, anyone any recommendations ?.

I have to ring O2 with a query EVERY TIME I get a bill from them, which they SOMETIMES remember to sort out
the following month, what a pain.  Roll Eyes
