Thanks once again, Carol. P.S Head Office Hours are 8.30am-6.00pm. Monday -Friday.

As mentioned in a previous response, when they answer on the 01349 885040 they tell you that calls cost 50p a minute, but it's not the case.

Gender:	Re: O2 Customer Services Reply #13 - Dec 16^th, 2004 at 9:22pm O2 and Customer Services should not be used in the same sentance. Why bother ringing O2 at all, when the contract period is up.... they are history! Even using their direct number on their bills, you still have to wait for 30 minutes or more!

I have to ring O2 with a query EVERY TIME I get a bill from them, which they SOMETIMES remember to sort out the following month, what a pain.
