I have had a tidy up of entries for Virgin Mobile, or "Mobile from Virgin Media" as it now calls itself.
The main mobile customer service number is 0845 600 0789. Its options are:
1. Pay as you go
2. Pay monthly or mobile broadband
3. Talk about digital TV, home broadband or home phone

The main Virgin Media IVR is on 0333 000 3101 and this has an option for mobile enquiries, so I have listed it as the geographic rate alternative to 0845 600 0789.

We had listed, as verified, the head office switchboard number 01225 895555. This was the only geographic alternative for mobile customer services and apparently callers would have to ask to be put through as it was main switchboard.
As part of Virgin Mobile's integration into Virgin Media, the
Trowbridge office closed in December 2012. The 01225 8955555 number remains active, and answers with the same message as on 01256 752000, which is the number for Virgin Media head office, so perhaps it routes to there.
