DHL Customer Services (Read 87,039 times)

I tried to use the 01332 number but this time the guy wasn't able to transfer me. He seemed genuine enough, claimed he didn't know how that had been done. Had to phone the 0870 number

I have just been through and tidied up the DHL entries. I have removed duplicates and those that are clearly defunct.

The 020 8818 8000 number is just that. The main switchboard, like most office switchboards is only open during office hours, as the message says. That is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I have added these times to the entry in the database.

Search the database for

dhl

and you will see some other suggestions. Have you looked at the DHL website to see if it will deal with your enquiry?

I've removed the single verified entry which gives this number. It was alternative for 0845 026 1278 which is now answered as Yodel as it has bought DHL Express (UK) Ltd. Yodel was formerly known as Home Delivery Network Limited or HDNL.

Hi All, I rang DHL customer service today (03/06/18) on the number displayed on their package tracking web portal 0844 248 0844, and after getting through I told the gentleman on the other end of the phone that I'd like to have an alternative contact number as I am not happy dialing on their 084 number in subsequent calls. He provided me with the number 0344 248 0012.

Hope this helps someone else out there.
