I spoke to Sky earlier on today, he said that as from the 1st of March anyone who's on their Sky Talk + Line Rental (aka you only pay Sky for the line rental, not BT or anyone else) then calling them on their 0844 number is free at all times regardless of if you're on Sky Freetime or Unlimited.

I rang them using it (I have Sky Talk + Line Rental with them) to ask them something about Sky Box Office, so I'll let you know if it charges me.

Shortly after I advised you to dial the 08081014437 number, it was disabled.

I found that 0800 046 6433 appeared to work, so try that instead (you will still need to dial via +442002220900). Wink

The number after, 0800 046 6434, says welcome to Sky and requests telephone number. Not sure why others are incapable of adding 1 to a number and trying it... Huh

Just checked the database and it has 6434 in there. Can't remember when it was altered from 6433 to 6434, but there you go.

need to contact Sky but way i see it they get enough of my hard cash without giving it away to them on a phone call,
they really need to get there act together and provide a local rate number,

seems these days i can go anywhere or do anything without my trousers getting pulled down, if Sky think they are getting my 10p a minute then there dreaming, i will end my direct debit box up the gear and post it on to them,
